Amp Impact

Built on common needs observed during hundreds of digital transformation projects, Vera’s flagship product Amp Impact, is a robust, Salesforce-based solution for portfolio management and impact measurement. As of 2021, more than $3 billion of development programs and grants are managed annually on Amp Impact.

Amp Impact enables organizations to trade in complex spreadsheets for a flexible, integrated platform to track and manage all aspects of their projects, programs, or grants. Amp Impact is used globally in over 100 countries, helping organizations break down data silos with a single source of truth for their programmatic, impact, and operational data.

Leveraging the collaboration and integration features of the Salesforce Platform, Amp Impact brings data and teams together from across the program lifecycle – from field to funder, from input to impact – to generate holistic insights that inform decisions and transform programs for the better.

Contribution of Amp Impact

Amp Impact is trusted by dozens of international development organizations, like the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF), a nonprofit organization committed to bringing together human, financial, and technical resources to address challenges faced by the poorest and most marginalized communities in the world. With a geographically and thematically diverse portfolio, AKF struggled to effectively answer fundamental questions about their programs and grants prior to adopting Amp Impact. For example, they wanted to better understand how many beneficiaries were being reached across themes and countries, the breakdown of their grants by country and theme, and whether the projects were meeting targets on time and within budget.

Amp Impact enabled AKF to capture annual data across 80+ indicators, 17 countries, and 7 themes as well as to track institutional funding and progress against targets for hundreds of grants. The solution has streamlined AKF's processes by simplifying and centralizing data flow across the organization.

Roadmap for the future

Vera kicked off a new initiative in 2021, in partnership with former Salesforce.org Director and Founder of Atwood Ventures, Chris Atwood, to strengthen the Amp Impact Partner Program.

Among the first partners of this initiative were Acumen Solutions (now a Salesforce company), Merkle, and g-company. The Partner Program anticipates significant growth in 2022-2023, as demand for Amp Impact continues to rapidly grow with UN agencies, international NGOs, and grantmakers around the world.

In the coming years, in collaboration with its partners, Vera Solutions looks forward to growing the Amp Impact customer portfolio to hundreds of organizations around the world, helping them better manage their portfolios of programs, projects, and grants on Salesforce.
