1. What according to you would the 21st century skills comprise of?

2. As part of IBM and its varied initiatives, how are you ensuring that the skills are able to reach the students and now more than ever when the classes cannot happen offline?

3. IBM already is a technology leader but how does that expertise transcend into its learning initiatives and enrich the same?

4. Although the online space is filled with free courses and modules for a student to go through, yet the motivation to leave them mid way is high among them given either the content not being engaging enough or the pace of the course not able to align with their schedule. How do you tackle these aspects in your programs?

5. For many of its initiatives IBM already has leveraged multiple government and institutional partnerships but when it comes to skilling, is there a specific model that you are following for partnering to strengthen the initiatives by establishing expertise?

6. Lastly, how do you see the post COVID demand around specific skill sets and how is IBM working towards educating more individuals in them?
