Lack of awareness and access to reasonable quality sanitary products are major problems in India’s menstrual hygiene scenario especially in the village area. The organization has installed 2 sanitary napkin vending machine which is utilised by 1000 girl students every month. Under this new activity they are planning to install 10 sanitary napkin vending machines in Arts, Commerce, Science College which will cost around RS. 12,000/- each machine. Sanitary pads will be distributed to 3000 girls at free of cost every year. With increasing the number of machines they are taking steps to increase awareness and education to break out of the cycle of ignorance and taboos.
