The School Transformation Project helps schools or school systems reflect on, plan and undertake changes in School towards education for enhanced and creative learning.

We use the following phases of the process to take a closer look at important issues and prioritize action.

Phases can be undertaken in any order or simultaneously. Insights we gain initiate new cycles of continuous improvement:

1. Introspection to understand the needs through principal, teachers and students
2. Inquiry to discover possibilities for change
3. Innovation in learning space and pedagogy
4. Implementation of the suggested plan
5. Insight for continuous improvement and support

2. Involve stakeholders early in the vision setting process to focus on reflection and discussion of identified goals
3. Investigate teaching, learning and assessment for School's professional development along with leadership
4. Investigate environments and facility designs for learning.
5. Broad collaborative partnerships, within and beyond the school.
6. Ensure that teachers are as engaged as parents, the community and the children.
7. Define tasks and timelines for various implementation phase which may include learning space construction, professional development, creation of the technology infrastructure or piloting new practices.
8. Put ideas into practice by creating and executing the detailed plan for change.
9. A critical component of this phase is developing benchmarks and success metrics to evaluate the transformation and its impact on children, teachers and neighbouring communities.
