Objective of Program:

• To create an awareness about office automation.
• To make the participants learn the use of Ms Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• To familiarize participants with the use of MS Windows, Internet and E-mail.

Details of Program:

Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Kalinga University organized MS Office Training program from 22^nd February to 27^th February 2023 for Computer operators of Chhattisgarh Bhawan Evam Anya Sannirman Karmkar Kalyan Mandal, Raipur to train them on MS Office. It was intended to help participants to perform effectively and more efficiently while carrying out their usual chores on a computer. They will be able to make and modify text and image-based documents that deal with data in spreadsheets as well. After the training session was through, assessment (a test was taken on 27^th February 2023) showed that they could make presentations and posters. A detailed analysis report of the assessment is attached.

Program Outcome:

• Participants were able to understand the basics of MS Office.
• Participants were able to learn the easy and faster way of doing work in MS Office.
• All the participants have secured more than 75% marks during the assessment which indicates that the participants have capitalized the training program with full dedication.
