The program has evolved into a consolidated multi-year program, which aims to impact the ecosystem at govt schools in a multi-dimensional way and ensure it self-sustains in a post complete handover. The program has three major pillars to focus and act on:

Healthy & Playful Learning environment

The program supports schools in their infrastructure upgrade on much-needed areas like ICT lab, Toilets, Water facility, library, plantation, civil improvement, classroom construction, school building construction, sports facility development, etc.

Smart Learning Ecosystem

The program also supports schools in developing a smart learning ecosystem around their ICT lab with the help of “Smart Knowledge Server – School-In-A-Box” & “Tinkering Kits” to engage with students in skill imparting, hands-on activities, exposure to best of learning material, motivation, social & soft-skills, etc.

Innovative and Engaging Intervention

The program focuses on regular engagement & capacity building of teachers to engage students in skill imparting, hands-on activities, exposure to the best of learning material, motivation, social & soft skills. It also covers activities to increase participation in various activities by forming committees like the environment committee, library committee, sports committee, etc at the school level.The program is currently benefiting 100+ schools in 5 states - Bihar, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Karnataka.

Program Objectives:

• Providing a positive learning atmosphere by improving the basic existing infrastructure of the school (Classroom/Play area/Sanitation/Water/Toilet etc.) 
• Creating an innovative learning-teaching environment by introducing the latest teaching-learning aids and practices (e-Library/Smart-class/BALA/Activity Lab etc.)
• An ecosystem for smart & quality education in leveraging available infrastructure
• Access to curriculum mapped digital learning content to students in local language with no dependency on the internet.
• Long-Term capacity building of teachers/principals for smooth and independent execution
• Improvement of the image of schools through attendance, enrolment, performance, board results of schools in the long term.
