Project Description
Objectives of the Project were :
- To promote community awareness on nutrition and health entitlements through participatory Health communication approaches
- To enhance capacities of nutrition and health service providers, Community based groups including PRI for ensuring improved nutrition and health services especially under NRHM/ICDS
- To demonstrate a sustainable model of intersectoral convergence for nutrition and health of women and children
- To document and disseminate key processes and learning
Villages Covered : 73 villages of four districts of Gujarat state.

- Identification and orientation of stakeholders
- Capacity building and Training of Trainers
- Community awareness
- Developing learning resource materials
- Round table meetings and Sammelans
- Documentation and dissemination
