The student empowerment program is one of a kind program which is the perfect example of not re-inventing the wheel and strengthening the current eco-system. It directly impacts the dropouts at a particular target geography by focussing on 2 key aspects and extending support i.e. scholarship support and career counselling. When we did our baseline research, we found that out of all dropouts occurring in the country, more than 57% of them occur due to financial constraints and the second largest contributor to dropouts are lack of interest with 26.7%. The student empowerment program could be executed based on the target geography of a corporate and physical interventions like mobilization, awareness session, seminars, application bootcamps are conducted in those areas including activities for scholarship connect and career counselling. With Tata Chemicals we have run this program simultaneously for 2 consecutive years and have seen assisted thousands of students. 

This program is best suited for organization who have specific target geographies like plant locations where they want to conduct CSR program in the community or for defined target groups like driver or mason community, etc.
