Bharuch and Ankleshwar is one of the most industrialized districts in India Yet, the district is grappling with the dual challenge of skill gap and youth unemployment. The national Skill Development Council estimates that Bharuch will require close to 60,000 skilled workers in the near future.

In this Endeavor, HMP VTI in guidance with L&T has established a Vocational Training Institute (VTI) which provides free of cost job-oriented courses, Since April 2014, we have more than 1100 students trained in different trades as fitter, welder, electrician, plumbing, and chemical operator. Providing on the job training and subsequent employment opportunities to the students are an important feature of this institute.
