Due to Covid -19, most of the children are not able to attend physical classes and are now at the risk of lagging in their education. Even before Covid-19, the quality of education available to these children was subpar and their families were struggling to keep them in school. The onset of Covid and thereafter, the shift to “online” education has been a disaster as far as these children are concerned. Unable to afford devices or data plans to support the online mode of education, many more children are dropping out. Additionally, the children are losing out on learning key social skills, time management, and focus which comes from attending a physical school.
Our project aims to deal with the problem of an increasing rate of school dropouts and child labour. Our objective is to motivate the children to continue their education and to remain in touch with their curriculum requirements.
