SEED Partnered with Atotech to lead its CSR initiative of community development along with Skill Development. That focused and contributed to three Sustainable development areas, Social Infrastructure development and Quality Health Care. Another area was Skill development in Sidhravali Village in Manesar, Haryana. Under community development, Seed installed a Water ATM in the village to ensure uninterrupted water purification with the feature of pre-paid card system for the village population. By this intervention approx.  1000 people benefited. In the area of the school in fractures and sustainable development, solar panels and RO Water coolers were installed in two Government schools in the village to provide access to uncontaminated water and promote a sustainable and hygienic environment for the school children. Lastly, under quality healthcare of community development, an MMU (Mobile Medical Unit) was placed around mass gathering spots for tracking the health status of the village population. MMU provided timely cures to minor alignment and provided doctor prescribed medication to the people. The Other intervention was in skill development classes were conducted for the young population of the village in an electrician for a duration of 2 and half months. There were 75 individuals that benefited from this intervention.
