Voice for the voiceless is an unique initiative by Srijan Foundation, that has been a result of extensive and prolonged intervention of SF in the high risk districts like Gumla has given us insight into the situation of the survivors. The survivors of trafficking face myriad of problems. The voices of these survivors are often unheard, paid little attention and denied form justice. This continuous issue has driven Srijan Foundation in mobilizing the survivors of trafficking and creating a forum known as the "Bihaan Samuh”. The group was founded to collectivize and strengthen the voices of the survivors of human trafficking. The purpose of collectivization was to bring all the survivors of trafficking to bring together and build up their capacity and leadership to fight for their own rights and advocate for survivor friendly laws and system in whole. These groups will serve as the leaders for spearing the movement for the survivor’s rights at the state level of Jharkhand and also reach out to national level through various networks and a coalition to strengthen the movement for the survivors rights.
