Soft interventions in the initial phase are trust-building activities followed by complex activities, like Skill-Upgradation programs on advanced harvesting techniques, use of advanced honey harvesting kits, and sustainable honey harvesting will be planned in collaboration with technical institutions. Once the reasonable quality has been assured for the products, market linkages and networks will be developed along with stakeholders, such as KMF, Cauvery Handicrafts, KSTDC, online sellers like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Hard interventions for common facility centers include building, machinery and tools, and kits for honey harvesters to make high-quality honey and other products will also be developed.
