New home has two separate homes for Junior and Senior girls. Currently we have accommodated 41 girls in this building. The objective of New Home is to reduce the suffering of the abandoned, destitute, and vulnerable children by providing them the necessary support, protection, nutritious food, health care, and quality education along with life skills in a very caring environment so that they can become productive and dignified members of society.

The Lighthouse International Academy started with an intention to provide schooling for the children at our group foster home on the New Home Campus, a project of Reaching Hand. We observed that the children admitted to our home come from severely deprived backgrounds and therefore they do not have the capacity to join mainstream education. We recognized that they need personalized and specialized teaching efforts. In order to bridge this gap, we decided to embark on a journey that can change the course of life for these children.
