A four-year project, the program focuses on strengthening the village as a sustainable institution where the community takes ownership of its development. It empowers different stakeholders through awareness and capacity-building programs and encourages participation by contributing in terms of funding, labour, and time to make the community successful and sustainable. The community is empowered to bring about continued developments even after phase out through access to various government schemes and village development funds created by the community.
