The MoU between Bharat Electronics and Electronics Sector Skills Council of India specifically agrees BEL shall disburse the said funds to ESSCI as agreed and each one will undertake the roles as assigned in the MoU and agreed between them

The role and responsibility of BEL would be to establish training facility as per need from the demand aggregation carried out by ESSC I. BEL shall accommodate  training in the exist ng skill development  centre (SDC) as per the requirements of the identified ESSCI job roles and also facilitate training at the BE L Skill  Development  Centre  (SDC)  for job  roles agreed and shall support ESSCI by providing apprenticeship to ESSCI trained candidates based on the merit of the cases and eligibility as per govt. norms.

BEL shall also provide the security badge for candidates and canteen facilities as per the norms of the company and also the  Medical OPD facilities as per company norms in case of emergencies

The responsibility of ESSCI are specified in the agreement as it  shall suggest to BEL, NSQF  (National  Skill  Qualification  Framework)  aligned job roles for training aligned  to the employment  potential  in the industry

ESSCI shall conduct Training of Trainers (ToT) for the identified faculties of BEL as per the applicable Govt. charges and shall support  BEL  with  SMEs   (Subject  Matter   Experts)/Training   Partners whenever  and wherever needed to facilitate training

ESSCI shall assess candidates post the course and certify them under the NSQF and further facilitate industry-connect and  provide  placement support  to  the  certified candidates  through   its  Training/Industry Partners. ESSCI shall share with BEL an annual CSR project plan along with an annual training calendar in line with the Industry demand and shall help in mobilizing candidates to be trained by BEL.

• ESSCI shall partner for Skill Development and QP and Material
• ESSCI shall help Industry alignment for livelihoods of the trainees
