Special Features of Project

  • After trainings, AMHSSC shall ensure employment/ Self- employment of 70% of the successful candidates.
  • AMHSSC would also help the candidates in applying for the various kinds of loan under the various schemes. In case any of the successful candidates would so desire, higher courses in skilling could also be arranged.
  • AMH SSC also runs an employment portal on its website. All the training providers place details of their passed out candidates across the country there. On the other side, the various manufacturers of apparel place their demand on the said portal. It becomes easy for both sides to see demand and supply simultaneously. This portal also helps successful candidates to seek employment.
  • As AMHSSC is connected to the apparel Industry and the apparel industry needs manpower in abundance across the country, the passed out candidates are usually immediately absorbed in the industry.
  • Post training, AMH SSC would facilitate formation of ‘Self help groups’ (SHGs) and then ‘Producer Companies’ and the candidates would become the co owners of those SHGs and the same would then be connected with industry.
  • These trainings enhance the living standards and arrange more livelihood opportunities for the families of work force in the region.
