Mentor Me India enables meaningful mentoring journeys between children from disadvantaged communities and mentors who are chosen from different walks of life. Some features of a project are:
Mentor Me India focuses on holistic development of children. We have uniquely identified 4 outcomes of Socio-emotional Learning through research and experience in the last five years.
MMI assigns a Program Coordinator who plays of a role of a relationship manager identifying needs of each child and working closely with the mentor to help achieve goals.
Our curriculum based on Socio-Emotional Learning is designed through activities understanding psychological needs to children from the age of 9-14.
Our impact has been holistic and has indirectly increased school attendance, improved literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to aspire for better.
