The MyQuest program is the flagship program of Quest Alliance that works with 18-24 year-olds and is aimed at providing employability skills to youth. It equips youth with 21st century skills including digital literacy, workplace readiness, life skills and career orientation, that help them drive social and economic growth. Their initiative looks at every touch point and dependency a young person has to become meaningfully engaged in mainstream society including teachers, the heads of formal institutions, employers and the state - all of whom put together galvanise the machinery of systems change. The program leverages Quest’s custom built platform - Quest App - with a repository of over 300 hours of content with bite-sized, anytime -anywhere learning content to reach out to more than 100,000 learners every year. The program works at both - a direct level training students in ITIs and also at a systemic level working with trainers, placement officers, parents etc. to foster sustainability of the model.
