WHY:
Girls from underprivileged communities in India are deprived of quality education. A significant number of them are not enrolled in school and those who are, are expected to fulfill gender-specific roles and responsibilities due to which they often have to miss school. Several girls are not allowed to attend school after attaining puberty. These existential experiences, coupled with the lack of effective parental support in nurturing a girl child’s education, have grossly undermined the standard of female education in Rajasthan. Post-COVID girls' drop-out ratio has increased. Hence we are focusing to word towards Promoting Gender Equality and Quality Education through our programs.
WHAT:
LAADLI is a Remedial Education Program that focuses on the overall development of vulnerable girls who have dropped out or are irregular in going to school. It aims to help these girls bridge the education gap and enroll back in school by bringing their educational learning level to par for their age/grade.

Laadli community development Program will focus on the overall development of Girls through the Remedial Education center will work in coordination with government schools and communities by creating awareness through various ways i.e. workshops, nukkad Nattak, etc, and play an important role in bridging the gap of girls education and improving their learning outcome levels by educating them in Computers and Basic Literacy Program English, Hindi Maths. We will also identify Shiksha Sakhis as Ambassadors from our base of beneficiaries who will promote girls' education in their communities and build a positive approach to identify the issues and help find resolutions to get girls back to school.
