A Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Initiative

PUREFemme, a menstrual hygiene awareness campaign, is focused on educating adolescent girls in managing menstruation adequately and with dignity. The goal of the program is to not let menstruation impact our girl’s right to education. Facilitating easy access to hygiene products and demonstrating their usage, interactive sessions to help them understand puberty, including teachers & boys in the conversation to create normalcy around this culturally forbidden topic will ensure a supportive environment.

PROVIDE Education on menstrual hygiene to girls so that they are confident and empowered to make informed decisions on how they manage menstruation.

PROMOTE Menstrual education for teachers, boys, parents so they can help break negative social norms. ENABLE Girls to stay in school by ensuring access to hygienic menstrual products, toilets, water and disposal options.

Special features:

• Menstrual hygiene awareness workshops at schools and colleges.
• Providing Facilities like toilets,water,incinerators.
• Manufacture and distribute sanitary pads.
• We conducted PURE Femme workshops/Training awareness camps in 800 Government schools till now across Andhrapradesh and Telangana.
