The vocational training center will train youth from disadvantaged backgrounds on communication skills and office automation and provide placement linkages to various companies. The project aims to enhance the employability of individual students, to reduce the mismatch between the demand for and the supply of skilled manpower, and to provide an alternative to those seeking to pursue higher education without a particular interest or purpose.
