SLIEM Ltd in association with CREDAI is conducting skill development/ CSR projects. CREDAI is the apex body representing 11,940 private Real Estate developers spread across 23 state level chapters and 203 cities in India. It  is a not-for-profit company registered under Section 25 of Companies Act, 1956.

The training under CREDAI CSR project is for 1-2month in the field of Construction. Mainly the candidate who is interested in Masonry work is eligible for the course under this scheme. All drop-outs, minority and backward class candidates get benefited in this project. The candidates get certified in roles like Assistant Mason, Assistant Electrician, and Assistant Plumber.

Since one and half year we are conducting this project in association with CREDAI and currently we have 2-3 batches that are undergoing training.

Impact of Project:

• Lot of candidates are now self employed, they are working on their own and earning.
• Candidates are working with CREDAI itself.
• Candidates have joined job in real estate companies who work as promoters.
• Candidates are happy and confident to work in the construction sector.
• Around 800+ candidates have got benefited under the scheme.
