Indian Potash Limited, also known as IPL, is a fertilizer company based in India. The Company was incorporated with the objective of import-handling, promotion and marketing of Potash in India. In accordance with the CSR mandate of the company, IPL has partnered with SLIEM Ltd for implementation of skill development training programmes in Purulia, West Bengal.

These training programmes are targeted towards the unemployed youth in order to provide them with livelihood by imparting employable skills. We have provided training to 100+ candidates till date under this project. It is a current and ongoing project. We train candidates for Assistant Electrician, Mobile Repairing and DTH set top box installation technician under the scheme.
