SLIEM Ltd in association with TMSDC is conducting the CSR/Skill development projects. Tata Metaliks Skill Development Centre, a part of Tata Metaliks Limited’s CSR initiative in collaboration with Govt. Of West Bengal, is a state of art Skill Development Centre. As the implementation partner SLIEM Mobilizes, Train and Certifies and place the local youth with sustainable livelihood.

We have trades like Hospitality, Assistant Beautician, Plumber General, Helper Electrician, Unarmed Security Guard and Mobile Repairing under this scheme. Since one and half year the project is running. Around 600+ students trained and have got placed in the field of Hospitality, Plumbing, Security, and Beauty and Automotive sectors.
