Job Position – Full Stack cum AI Trainer

Preferred Location – Mangaluru, Karnataka

Salary – 4.5 LPA to 6.0 LPA (Depends on Relevant Experience)

Position Overview

BharatCares is looking for a Full Stack cum AI Trainer who can combine strong technical expertise with excellent training and mentoring skills. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical training on front-end and back-end development, while also introducing students to relevant AI concepts and tools.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable conducting classroom sessions, explaining technical concepts in a simple and structured manner, and guiding students through hands-on projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on Full Stack Development and AI-related concepts.

• Train students on front-end and back-end development technologies.

• Provide hands-on training in technologies such as MERN/MEAN Stack, React/Angular, Node.js, and databases.

• Guide students through the development of end-to-end full-stack projects.

• Introduce students to relevant AI concepts, tools, and applications.

• Design and deliver practical exercises, coding activities, assignments, and project-based learning.

• Mentor students throughout their technical learning journey and provide constructive feedback.

• Explain complex programming and development concepts in a simple, practical, and learner-friendly manner.

• Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide appropriate guidance for improvement.

• Support students in troubleshooting coding, application development, and project-related issues.

• Stay updated with emerging trends in Full Stack Development, AI, and software technologies.

• Coordinate with the project/program team to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Full Stack Development.

• Hands-on experience with MERN and/or MEAN Stack.

• Strong knowledge of:

• React.js / Angular

• Node.js

• JavaScript

• HTML & CSS

• REST APIs

• Databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or similar

• Basic to strong understanding of AI concepts and applications.

• Ability to integrate relevant AI tools or concepts into development projects.

• Good understanding of software development practices and project implementation.

Training & Mentoring Skills

• Strong technical training and mentoring abilities.

• Experience conducting classroom sessions, workshops, bootcamps, or technical training programs.

• Ability to engage students and create an interactive learning environment.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to explain technical concepts to learners with different levels of understanding.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Comfortable with hands-on and project-based teaching.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant industry experience in Full Stack Development, Software Development, AI, or technical training.

• Prior experience working as a Full Stack Developer, AI/Technical Trainer, Software Trainer, or Developer/Trainer will be preferred.

• Candidates with experience training college students or fresh graduates will be preferred.
