Position Overview

BharatCares is looking for a Project Associate – CSR & Road Safety Programs to support the implementation of road safety and community-focused CSR initiatives in Alwar, Rajasthan.

The role will involve field-level project implementation, community mobilisation, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, MIS management, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working extensively in the field and interacting with diverse stakeholders and communities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Implementation

• Support the end-to-end implementation of CSR and road safety activities as per project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate field activities, awareness programs, workshops, training sessions, and community interventions.
• Ensure smooth execution of activities at the grassroots level.
• Monitor project activities and flag implementation challenges to the reporting manager.

2. Community Mobilisation & Facilitation

• Mobilise community members, students, youth, drivers, institutions, and other target groups for road safety initiatives.
• Facilitate awareness sessions, workshops, meetings, and training programs.
• Engage with communities to understand local requirements and encourage participation.
• Support the delivery of road safety awareness and behavioural-change activities.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate with schools, colleges, government departments, local authorities, community representatives, NGOs, and other project stakeholders.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at the field level.
• Support meetings, consultations, events, and project-related coordination.
• Represent the organization professionally during field engagements.

4. MIS, Data & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of beneficiaries, activities, attendance, events, and project outputs.
• Collect, verify, and update field-level data and MIS.
• Prepare regular activity reports and project updates.
• Document success stories, photographs, case studies, and field learnings.
• Ensure timely submission of project reports and required documentation.

5. Monitoring & Field Coordination

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor project activities.
• Track progress against project targets and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Identify gaps and support corrective actions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Rural Development, Management, Sociology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CSR, NGO, social impact, community development, road safety, or development-sector projects.
• Freshers with strong communication and facilitation skills may also be considered.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and working proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Experience in community mobilisation and stakeholder engagement.
• Basic understanding of MIS, data management, and reporting.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
• Willingness to undertake frequent field visits and work with communities.
• Candidates who have experience in road safety, awareness campaigns, community mobilisation, or behavioural-change programs will be preferred.

Location & Travel

📍 Location: Alwar, Rajasthan
🚗 Travel: Frequent travel within project locations and surrounding areas will be required.

Compensation

₹3.12 LPA – ₹3.60 LPA, depending on relevant experience, skills, and interview assessment.
