About the Position

The Manager — FutureTech & AI will support the design and implementation of future technology and AI-focused programs, particularly in the areas of AI awareness, digital skills, workforce readiness, and institutional partnerships.

The role requires a blend of technical understanding, program management capability, and partnership coordination, ensuring that FutureTech initiatives move from concept to implementation effectively.

Responsibilities

Program Design & Implementation

• Support design and implementation of FutureTech and AI programs across schools, colleges, skilling institutions, and communities.
• Contribute to initiatives related to:

1. AI awareness and education
2. Digital and emerging technology skills
3. Workforce readiness programs
4. Responsible AI adoption

• Develop implementation plans, program documentation, and operational workflows.

Technical & Content Support

• Provide technical inputs for AI and technology-based learning programs.
• Support development of curriculum frameworks, learning modules, and program resources.
• Translate technical concepts into accessible program formats for learners and educators.

Partnerships & Coordination

Coordinate with:

• Technology partners
• Academic institutions
• CSR teams
• Government stakeholders

Support pilot programs and scale-up initiatives.

Monitoring & Documentation

• Track program progress and outcomes.
• Support reporting, documentation, and knowledge development for FutureTech initiatives.

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

• Computer Science
• Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Artificial Intelligence
• Information Technology
• Or related technical disciplines

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience working on:

1. FutureTech programs
2. AI or digital skills initiatives
3. Technology-enabled education programs
4. Innovation or skilling initiatives

Experience working with CSR programs, edtech initiatives, or academic institutions is preferred.
