About the Position

The Sr. Associate – CSR and Education Programs will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of education-based CSR initiatives under BharatCares. The role involves close coordination with schools, government bodies, and partner organizations to ensure impactful program delivery and reporting. The candidate will contribute to field implementation, stakeholder engagement, capacity-building sessions, and data management for education-focused projects.

Responsibilities

Program Design & Implementation

• Assist in designing and implementing CSR education programs aligned with project objectives and donor requirements.
• Support execution of school and community-based education initiatives.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables and milestones.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with schools, NGOs, community partners, and government departments for smooth project implementation.
• Maintain regular communication with field partners and institutional stakeholders.
• Support relationship-building efforts with local education authorities.

Monitoring & Field Support

• Conduct field visits for monitoring, training, and evaluation of project activities.
• Track program performance indicators and collect beneficiary-level data.
• Ensure quality implementation at the ground level.

Content & Training Support

• Assist in developing training modules, session plans, and facilitation materials for educators and beneficiaries.
• Support training delivery, workshops, and student engagement sessions.

Reporting & Documentation

• Track program deliverables and maintain updated records and documentation.
• Prepare project reports, case studies, impact stories, and donor communication materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams for MIS updates, financial documentation, and impact assessment inputs.

Event & Operations Support

• Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, stakeholder meetings, and community events.
• Support logistical planning and coordination for program activities.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in managing or supporting education-related CSR or NGO programs.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage field operations, documentation, and stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and report preparation.
• Fluency in English and local language preferred.
