About the Position

BharatCares is looking for a dynamic and impact-driven Associate Manager – Education & CSR Programs to lead the on-ground implementation of CSR-funded education initiatives across schools and colleges. The role involves project execution, stakeholder management, monitoring & evaluation, student engagement, and partnership coordination to ensure measurable and sustainable impact.

The candidate must be comfortable with field travel and hands-on program management.

Responsibilities

1. Project Implementation

• Lead end-to-end implementation of CSR education projects in schools and colleges.
• Develop detailed execution plans aligned with program objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth delivery.
• Ensure timely achievement of milestones and deliverables.
• Provide on-ground operational support during program rollouts.

2. School & College Program Management

• Manage relationships with school principals, college authorities, and faculty members.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, career guidance programs, and student interventions.
• Ensure student participation and engagement across initiatives.
• Support digital learning, future tech, skill development, or career-readiness programs as applicable.

3. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

• Track program KPIs and ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct field visits for quality checks and impact validation.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports, impact reports, and case studies.
• Analyze data to improve program effectiveness and scalability.

4. Partnership & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate CSR partners, NGOs, educational institutions, and government stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact for program-level coordination.
• Support donor reporting requirements and compliance documentation.
• Identify opportunities for partnership strengthening and expansion.

5. Capacity Building & Beneficiary Engagement

• Facilitate training and capacity-building sessions for teachers, trainers, and implementation partners.
• Ensure effective student engagement through interactive and experiential learning methods.
• Support employability, vocational training, or future-tech interventions where applicable.

6. Travel & Field Coordination

• Willingness to travel extensively for program monitoring, stakeholder meetings, and implementation support.
• Manage multi-location coordination if required.

Educational Qualification

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Education, Development Studies, Management, or related field
• Certification in M&E or Project Management (preferred)

Preferred Experience

• Experience in CSR-funded education programs
• Exposure to future tech, vocational training, or employability initiatives
• Experience working with government schools or higher education institutions
