About the Position

The Sr. Manager — Growth & Impact will lead partnership development, government collaboration, and program growth initiatives for CSRBOX, with a focus on building strong networks with corporates, CSR teams, government departments, and philanthropic institutions.

The role will involve driving strategic partnerships, proposal development, stakeholder engagement, and flagship program implementation, while ensuring strong program documentation, reporting, and impact communication.

The position requires a professional who can combine business development, ecosystem engagement, and program management capabilities to expand CSRBOX’s regional presence and impact.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Growth

• Build and nurture partnerships with CSR teams, foundations, multilaterals, and government bodies.
• Identify and develop new CSR, ESG, and philanthropic opportunities across sectors.
• Convert stakeholder relationships into funded programs and long-term collaborations.
• Lead exploratory meetings, capability presentations, and partnership discussions.
• Drive growth and revenue targets through acquisition of high-value projects and partnerships.

Government Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Develop strong working relationships with state government departments, district administrations, and public institutions.
• Represent CSRBOX in regional CSR forums, policy consultations, industry events, and donor roundtables.
• Build networks with corporate leaders, sector experts, NGOs, and ecosystem partners.
• Strengthen CSRBOX’s visibility and positioning within the regional development ecosystem.

Program Strategy & Proposal Development

• Work closely with internal teams to design high-impact development programs.
• Develop concept notes, proposals, strategic presentations, budgets, and MoUs.
• Ensure programs align with CSR mandates, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and state priorities.
• Customize program interventions based on regional needs and partner expectations.

Flagship Program Management

• Lead the end-to-end management of CSRBOX’s flagship programs across sectors such as:

1. Education
2. Healthcare
3. Livelihoods
4. Sustainability

• Oversee planning, implementation, partner onboarding, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and impact frameworks.
• Work with field teams and partners to ensure smooth program execution.

Reporting, Documentation & Impact Assessment

• Prepare program reports, impact assessments, case studies, and partner updates.
• Maintain strong documentation including proposals, program reports, and evaluation summaries.
• Track program progress and partnership pipelines through CRM and reporting systems.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Monitor CSR trends, policy updates, government schemes, and emerging development opportunities.
• Provide strategic inputs to leadership based on market insights and regional trends.
• Identify opportunities for collaborative initiatives and multi-stakeholder programs.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal teams including implementation, communications, research, finance, and events.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and execution of newly approved projects.
• Support monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of partner programs.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Public Policy, Development Studies, Management, Social Work, or related fields.

Experience Requirements
