About Earthikaa & One Purpos

Earthikaa — Inspired by the Soil is a purpose-driven marketplace platform under ImpactBox Venture Pvt. Ltd. that brings together products created by Self-Help Groups (SHGs), Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), cooperatives, artisan clusters, and rural enterprises across India.

The platform aims to connect community enterprises with modern markets, responsible consumers, and institutional buyers, while strengthening rural livelihoods and value chains.

Working closely with the One Purpos ecosystem, Earthikaa is building a national network of community-based producers whose products will be showcased through physical retail stores, online marketplace platforms, and corporate gifting channels.

About the Position

We are looking for an Associate Manager – FPOs & Cooperatives who will work closely with Farmer Producer Organisations, cooperatives, and community enterprises to identify products, strengthen value chains, and enable market linkages through the Earthikaa platform.

The role will involve field engagement, product sourcing, relationship management with producer groups, and coordination with merchandising and marketplace teams to bring community-produced products to retail and digital markets.

This is an ideal role for someone interested in working at the intersection of rural livelihoods, agriculture value chains, social enterprises, and market development.

Responsibilities

1. Engagement with FPOs & Cooperatives

• Identify and onboard FPOs, cooperatives, and community enterprises producing market-ready products.
• Build relationships with producer organisations across sectors such as agriculture, food products, crafts, natural products, and rural enterprises.
• Coordinate with field partners, NGOs, and state-level institutions supporting producer groups.

2. Product Identification & Sourcing

• Identify products suitable for Earthikaa retail and e-commerce marketplace.
• Work with producer groups to improve product quality, packaging, and standardisation.
• Support development of new product lines aligned with market demand.

3. Value Chain Strengthening

• Map value chains of producer groups and identify opportunities for better aggregation, processing, and market readiness.
• Coordinate with technical partners and designers for product improvement and packaging support.

4. Market Linkages

• Facilitate market access for producer groups through Earthikaa stores, online marketplace, and corporate gifting channels.
• Work with internal teams to ensure products are integrated into catalogues, listings, and promotional campaigns.

5. Field Coordination & Documentation

• Conduct field visits to understand production systems, supply chains, and community impact.
• Document producer stories and support storytelling for product narratives.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience working with FPOs, cooperatives, rural enterprises, or agricultural value chains.
• Experience in livelihood programs, producer collectives, or rural market development will be preferred.
• Strong ability to engage with community institutions, NGOs, and grassroots organisations.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and producer engagement.
