About the Position

CSRBOX is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Associate Manager – Employee Volunteering Program & Impact Programs. The candidate will be responsible for designing, managing, and scaling employee volunteering initiatives, as well as leading CSR projects across thematic areas. This role demands strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking skills to deliver impactful programs in partnership with corporates, NGOs, and government bodies.

Responsibilities

1. CSR Strategy & Implementation

• Co-develop and execute CSR strategies aligned with corporate partners’ goals and CSR mandates.
• Design and manage impactful projects across thematic areas such as education, employability, healthcare, environment, and technology.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on CSR project impact and outcomes.

2. Employee Volunteering Programs (EVP)

• Design innovative EVP frameworks (annual/multi-year programs, skill-based volunteering, hybrid/virtual formats).
• Organize high-impact volunteering events and activities with corporates and community partners.
• Track and report volunteer participation, hours, and measurable social impact.
• Enhance program effectiveness through regular feedback and adoption of best practices.

3. Strategic Growth & Partnerships

• Build and sustain partnerships with corporates, foundations, NGOs, academic institutions, and government bodies.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, funding sources, and collaborations.
• Represent CSRBOX at industry forums, events, and conferences to expand networks and visibility.
• Develop compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations for CSR and EVP initiatives.

4. Project Management & Coordination

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client commitments.
• Foster collaboration across teams to align execution with CSRBOX’s growth strategies.

5. Communication & Reporting

• Prepare impact reports, case studies, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop communication materials to showcase CSR and EVP initiatives.
• Work with communication teams to ensure external visibility and impactful storytelling.

6. Budget & Resource Management

• Support in preparing and managing project budgets.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources across multiple CSR and EVP initiatives.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Employee Volunteering Programs (EVP), CSR project management, or corporate partnerships.
• Strong expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and CSR program design.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles with ability to build and sustain partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
• Ability to innovate, multitask, and manage projects in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
