About the Position

The Manager – Growth and Impact will be responsible for driving partnerships, expanding scholarship programs, and strengthening the overall impact ecosystem at ScholarsBox. The role requires a blend of business development, stakeholder engagement, program management, and impact communication to scale scholarship initiatives and enhance outreach.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Growth

• Identify and build partnerships with corporates, CSR teams, foundations, and educational institutions
• Drive onboarding of partners for scholarship programs
• Convert leads into long-term collaborations and funded programs
• Explore new growth opportunities in education and scholarship ecosystems

Program Management & Implementation

• Lead end-to-end execution of scholarship programs
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners for seamless delivery
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and program objectives
• Monitor program performance and optimize processes

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, institutions, and beneficiaries
• Represent ScholarsBox in meetings, events, and ecosystem forums
• Ensure regular communication and engagement with all stakeholders

Impact Measurement & Reporting

• Track program outcomes and measure impact
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and impact assessments
• Document success stories, case studies, and key learnings

Outreach & Ecosystem Building

• Strengthen ScholarsBox’s presence in the education and CSR ecosystem
• Support campaigns, awareness initiatives, and student outreach
• Collaborate with the communications team for visibility and branding

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Management, Development Studies, Social Work, Education, or related fields
• Relevant experience in CSR, education programs, scholarships, or development sector preferred

Experience & Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in partnerships, program management, or impact roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in proposal writing, reporting, and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of the education and scholarship ecosystem is a plus
