About the Position

The Associate Manager – Growth & Outreach will support the expansion of ScholarsBox by driving partner outreach, student engagement, and program visibility. The role involves working closely with institutions, corporates, and ecosystem partners to strengthen scholarship reach and impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with colleges, NGOs, corporates, and CSR teams
• Support onboarding of partners for scholarship programs
• Assist in building and nurturing long-term relationships

Student Engagement & Mobilization

• Drive outreach campaigns to increase student applications
• Coordinate with institutions for awareness sessions and program promotion
• Ensure effective communication with applicants

Program Support

• Assist in execution of scholarship programs
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth implementation
• Track program progress and resolve operational challenges

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain data on outreach, partnerships, and student engagement
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates
• Support impact documentation and case studies

Ecosystem Engagement

• Represent ScholarsBox in outreach events and partner meetings
• Support marketing and communication initiatives

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Management, Social Work, Education, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in outreach, partnerships, or program coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command over English (written & verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks
• Experience in education/CSR/development sector is a plus
