About the Position

The Associate Manager – HR Solutions will work closely with HR leaders and teams across NGOs, CSR foundations, and social enterprises to enable better hiring, talent management, and platform adoption through One Purpos.

This is a client-facing, solution-oriented role that blends HR understanding, stakeholder engagement, and platform enablement. The role will focus on helping organizations leverage One Purpos as a talent and HR solutions platform.

Responsibilities

HR Partnerships & Client Engagement

• Work closely with HR managers and talent teams across purpose-driven organizations
• Understand their hiring challenges, talent needs, and HR processes
• Act as a trusted partner in improving recruitment and talent practices

Platform Solutions & Adoption

• Enable organizations to effectively use One Purpos platform solutions for hiring and talent engagement
• Support onboarding, handholding, and activation of organizations on the platform
• Drive usage, engagement, and retention of partner organizations

Talent & Hiring Support

• Support organizations in building structured hiring pipelines
• Guide on job descriptions, role structuring, and hiring approaches
• Facilitate connections between employers and relevant talent pools

Outreach & Ecosystem Development

•  Identify and engage new organizations to onboard onto the platform
• Build relationships with NGOs, CSR teams, social enterprises, and foundations
•  Strengthen One Purpos presence within the HR and talent ecosystem

Data, Reporting & Insights

• Track platform usage, hiring trends, and engagement metrics
• Generate insights to improve platform experience and HR solutions
• Maintain CRM and ensure accurate reporting of partnerships and activities

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with internal teams across platform, communications, and partnerships
• Support campaigns, employer engagement initiatives, and platform growth strategies

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Management, or related fields

Experience & Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in:

1. HR / Talent Acquisition
2. Recruitment consulting
3. HR business partnering
4. Social sector hiring (preferred)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of talent ecosystem and hiring practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, platform-driven environment
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
