About the Position

The Sr. Associate – CSR & Impact Solutions will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of CSR and development sector projects. This role offers a mix of research, fieldwork, stakeholder engagement, and strategic support, providing strong exposure to real-world impact initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Research Design & Execution

• Assist in designing research frameworks, methodologies, and tools
• Conduct primary and secondary research for CSR and development projects
• Support baseline, midline, and endline studies

2. Data Collection & Analysis

• Conduct field visits for surveys, interviews, and data collection
• Clean, validate, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data
• Generate insights to assess program effectiveness and outcomes

3. Impact Assessment

• Support impact evaluation studies across sectors such as healthcare, education, environment, and livelihoods
• Contribute to measuring program outcomes and social return on investment (SROI)

4. Strategy Support & Program Design

• Assist in developing project proposals, concept notes, and CSR strategies
• Support program design aligned with client requirements and community needs

5. Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate with NGOs, implementation partners, corporate clients, and community stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and field-level interactions

6. Project Implementation Support

• Assist in on-ground execution and monitoring of projects
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables

7. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare high-quality reports, case studies, impact stories, and presentations
• Maintain proper documentation and project records

    8. Innovation & Learning

• Contribute innovative ideas to improve program effectiveness
• Stay updated with trends and best practices in the development sector

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
