About the Position

The CEO’s Fellow is a high-impact role within the CEO’s Office, working directly with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, solve critical business problems, and support organizational growth.

This role is ideal for individuals who can seamlessly move between strategy and execution, handling ambiguity while delivering structured, scalable outcomes across consulting, programs, and platform verticals.

Responsibilities

1. Strategy & CEO Office Support

• Support in defining organizational priorities, OKRs, and growth strategies.
• Develop decision memos, business models, and executive presentations for leadership and partners.
• Assist in strategic planning and performance tracking across units.

2. Program & Initiative Acceleration

• Drive 0→1 pilot projects and support scale-up (1→N) across key thematic areas.
• Coordinate across consulting, program, and platform teams to align pipeline, proposals, and execution.
• Identify opportunities for new initiatives, partnerships, and revenue streams.

3. Special Projects & PMO

• Lead short-term, high-priority projects from concept to execution.
• Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and document learnings and playbooks.

4. Research & Market Intelligence

• Conduct research on CSR, ESG, policy trends, and sector developments.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies, reports, and go-to-market materials.

5. Stakeholder & Partnership Management

• Support engagement with corporate leaders, foundations, and government stakeholders.
• Prepare briefing notes, presentations, MoUs, and review documents.
• Facilitate effective communication and relationship management.

6. Communication & Reporting

• Prepare weekly business reviews (WBRs), dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Support development of thought leadership content and external communications.
• Ensure data-driven decision-making through structured reporting.

What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)

• Successfully deliver 3–5 CEO-priority projects end-to-end.
• Contribute to scaling key programs or partnerships.
• Improve operational efficiency (proposal turnaround time, reporting cadence, execution quality).
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

Experience & Education

• 2–6 years of experience in consulting, CSR, development sector, policy, startups, or strategy/PMO roles
• Postgraduate degree in Management, Public Policy, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (preferred)

Core Skills

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
• Excellent writing skills (memos, proposals, presentations)
• Program and project management (PMO) experience
• Stakeholder communication and relationship management
• Data analysis and dashboarding skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (knowledge of tools like Notion, Asana, Power BI is a plus)
