About the Position

Job Opportunity: Internship- Master Trainer – Adult Vaccination Sensitisation Program

About Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Master Trainer to join our Influenza Vaccination Sensitisation Program. In this role, you will be at the forefront of empowering healthcare workers and sensitising high-risk groups, including pregnant women and individuals with chronic health conditions, to ensure effective vaccination coverage across the region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct impactful training sessions for healthcare workers on influenza and adult vaccination protocols.
• Lead sensitisation initiatives for vulnerable groups, promoting awareness about the importance of vaccination.
• Engage in community outreach through vaccination information corners and targeted awareness campaigns.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all training activities and submit timely reports to stakeholders.
• Travel extensively within designated blocks to ensure seamless program implementation and outreach.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

Eligibility:

• Degree/Diploma in Medicine, Nursing, or Public Health.
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in the local language for the state applied for will be preferred.
• A strong willingness to travel across the designated blocks to ensure program success.
• 1-2 years of experience in health training or public health initiatives will be preferred.
• Freshers, ASHAs and FLWs are also eligible to apply.

Renumeration:

?22,000 + 3000(TA) fixed stipend
