About the Position

CSRBOX is looking for an Associate Manager – Research to lead high-quality research and insights across the social impact ecosystem. This role requires strong analytical thinking, project management skills, and the ability to translate research into actionable strategies for clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Research & Analysis

• Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends, innovations, and best practices in the social impact sector (climate change, sustainability, technology, livelihoods, etc.)
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and sector opportunities for CSRBOX
• Design and execute primary and secondary research (desk research, interviews, surveys, field inputs)
• Interpret data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations

Project Management & Execution

• Lead and manage research projects including needs assessments, impact evaluations, and market studies
• Develop research methodologies, tools, and frameworks
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of all research outputs
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and client deliverables

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of Research Associates and Analysts
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure efficient project execution
• Build a collaborative and high-performance team environment
• Knowledge Management
• Develop and maintain a repository of research, insights, and best practices
• Contribute to thought leadership through reports, articles, and publications
• Support internal teams with data-driven insights and sector intelligence

Client Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Present research findings in a clear, structured, and impactful manner
• Address client queries and provide ongoing advisory support

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
