About the Position

The Manager – Philanthropy & Impact will play a key role in expanding CSRBOX’s engagement with philanthropic foundations, family offices, non-profits, and mission-aligned institutions.

This role focuses on building partnerships, designing impactful programs, and strengthening CSRBOX’s presence in non-corporate funding ecosystems, contributing to long-term, sustainable impact.

Responsibilities

Strategic Engagement & Partnerships

• Build and nurture relationships with philanthropic foundations, HNIs, family offices, and global development agencies
• Engage with non-profits, think tanks, and social enterprises for partnership development
• Identify and drive collaborative funding opportunities and multi-stakeholder partnerships

Program Design & Solutioning

• Support development of impact-driven program models across sectors such as health, education, climate action, livelihoods, and sustainability
• Assist in preparing concept notes, proposals, and partnership decks
• Work closely with implementation teams to ensure feasibility and scalability of programs

Sector Insights & Thought Leadership

• Track and analyze trends in philanthropy and development sector (India & global)
• Support participation in industry forums, convenings, and knowledge platforms
• Contribute to insight pieces, blogs, and sector reports to strengthen CSRBOX’s positioning

Resource Mobilization & Pipeline Development

• Contribute to building a strong partnership pipeline within non-corporate funding ecosystems
• Support long-term relationship building over transactional engagement
• Assist in identifying and nurturing strategic funding opportunities

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with CSR consulting, research, and sustainability teams to integrate philanthropy into broader strategies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for program alignment and execution
• Support leadership in strategic planning and partnership development

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

Skills & Competencies

• Strong relationship management and networking skills
• Understanding of philanthropy, CSR, and development sector ecosystems
• Experience in proposal writing, program design, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
