About the Position

The Associate Manager – FutureTech Programs will lead technology-driven CSR interventions focused on digital literacy, AI education, future skills, and employability enablement. The role blends program management, stakeholder engagement, and technology understanding to deliver scalable, high-impact initiatives aligned with BharatCares’ innovation and inclusion strategy.

Responsibilities

1. Program Design and Development

• Conceptualize and design school-focused CSR initiatives such as digital literacy, AI in education, STEM learning, smart classrooms, coding, robotics, and future-ready learning programs for students and teachers.
• Collaborate with corporate CSR teams, school managements, education departments, and academic partners to develop need-based project models for government and private schools.
• Draft detailed proposals, budgets, implementation plans, and annual academic calendars aligned with partner objectives.

2. Program Implementation and Monitoring

• Lead end-to-end execution of school education projects across multiple cities and districts.
• Manage trainers, coordinators, school facilitators, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure quality delivery.
• Conduct project planning, school scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking using project management tools.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, learning outcomes, deliverables, and reporting standards.

3. Stakeholder and Partner Management

• Build and sustain relationships with corporate partners, school principals, education officers, NGOs, and government departments.
• Represent BharatCares in client meetings, school reviews, education forums, and external events.
• Facilitate periodic reporting, MoUs, renewals, and expansion discussions with existing partners.

4. Capacity Building and Knowledge Sharing

• Organize and facilitate training programs for teachers, principals, trainers, and school staff on digital tools, AI-enabled learning, STEM education, and classroom innovation.
• Document best practices, case studies, success stories, and lessons learned for replication across schools.

5. Impact Measurement and Reporting

• Work closely with Monitoring & Evaluation and communications teams to measure student learning outcomes, teacher adoption, attendance, digital inclusion metrics, and overall project impact.
• Develop dashboards, impact reports, case studies, and quarterly donor presentations reflecting project progress and outcomes.

6. Innovation and Ecosystem Development

• Stay updated on emerging trends in school education, EdTech, AI learning tools, and future skills education.
• Support pilot initiatives in AI labs, robotics labs, coding clubs, digital classrooms, and inclusive learning for underserved schools.
• Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, policy inputs, and research on innovation in school education.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Postgraduate degree in Management, Education, Social Work, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in CSR, school education programs, EdTech, teacher training, or skill development initiatives.
• Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder education projects across schools.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, school systems, and emerging education technologies is desirable.
