About the Position

BharatCares is looking for a Sr. Outreach Associate to drive school-level CSR programs focused on future tech and digital learning. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong coordination, stakeholder engagement, and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

Outreach & Partnerships

• Identify, approach, and onboard schools, educational institutions, and local stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with school authorities (Principals, Coordinators, Teachers)
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure engagement and program continuity
• Support MoU/process formalities with partner institutions
• Map new geographies and explore expansion opportunities

Program Implementation

• Execute end-to-end program activities at the school level
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project deliverables
• Conduct baseline and endline activities as per program design
• Troubleshoot on-ground challenges and provide quick resolutions
• Ensure proper utilization of resources and materials

Capacity Building & Training

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs for students and teachers
• Support development and contextualization of training modules
• Assess learning outcomes and engagement levels during sessions
• Build rapport with participants to ensure active participation

Trainer Coordination

• Coordinate with internal/external trainers for scheduling and delivery of sessions
• Share session plans, materials, and logistical requirements in advance
• Monitor trainer performance and session quality
• Ensure feedback collection from trainers and participants

Content & Communication

• Support creation of program communication content (presentations, reports, case studies)
• Document success stories, testimonials, and field insights
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams and stakeholders
• Assist in social media/content visibility for ongoing programs

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of beneficiaries, attendance, and program progress
• Update MIS systems and trackers regularly
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards
• Ensure data validation and quality checks before submission
• Support impact assessment and audit requirements

Event Coordination

• Plan and execute school events, workshops, and community engagements
• Coordinate logistics including venue, materials, and participant management
• Support large-scale events such as launches, closures, or showcases
• Ensure smooth on-ground execution and documentation of events

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in outreach, CSR programs, education, or social sector projects
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and field operations
• Comfortable with extensive travel and on-ground execution
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and documentation
