CSRBOX is a social impact strategy practice and implementation organisation. We work with companies and philanthropic organisations for better CSR programme design, pre-project to post-project handholding and impact assessment, and embedding technology solutions for responding to problems at a scale. We are the largest knowledge platform with www.csrbox.org having mapped over 30,000 CSR projects in the past 8 years. We work at the pan-India level with our Teams at Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Bangalore. About the Position

Responsibilities

For our Life Skills Projects:

· Identify potential Corporates, Commercial Establishments, NGOs, CSR Foundation, Government Departments & Academic Institutions (Universities & Colleges) in line with project requirements, create a database, and reach out to them to explore collaboration avenues.

· Partner with relevant organizations & coordinate with their POCs to schedule the short behavioral change workshop (Including the Online Course) and handle all back-end work for successful implementation of the workshop.

·  Facilitate the given workshop with the Partnership organizations.

· Ensure delivery of project deliverables on time and in exemplary quality.

· Manage large databases and records of project focal points for better coordination and implementation.

· Performs other duties as assigned by the senior team members.

· To take updates and coordinate on daily basis with the external stakeholders and the team.

· Daily reporting in the master dashboard.

· To collate the information of the team – reimbursement and other matters.

· To train the team in physical sessions and outreach.

· To facilitate/co-facilitate online/offline sessions for the workshop with Partner Organizations.

· To train Partner Organizations on the session material and other requirements.

·To validate Partner Organizations’ sessions.

     Attend team meetings.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• A graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience is desirable
• Must have a two-wheeler driving license. A bike/scooty for on-ground travel is required as there will be at least 20 days of field travel
• An understanding about development sector
• Spoken local language is important and candidate must be comfortable in spoken language of the region(s) / location applying for
• Prior experience of working in the education sector and experience of working with schools will be given preference
• Prior experience of working with government officials on grassroot level will be given preference
• Proactive and Smart with Enthusiasm for enhanced learning and grooming skills
