About the Position

The Sr. HR Executive will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, employee engagement initiatives, HR operations, policy implementation, and employee relations activities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, people management abilities, coordination capabilities, and a passion for building a positive employee experience in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection

1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including:

• Job postings
• Resume screening
• Candidate sourcing
• Interview coordination
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and candidate assessments
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
• Support pre-employment verification and onboarding formalities
• Ensure smooth joining and induction processes for new employees

Employee Relations

• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
• Support managers in addressing employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Assist in conducting investigations and documenting cases wherever required
• Promote a healthy, collaborative, and inclusive work culture

 Employee Engagement

1. Actively organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives

2. Plan and curate:

• Birthday celebrations
• Festival celebrations
• Work anniversary activities
• Team bonding initiatives
• Design engagement activities focused on:
• Team collaboration
• Employee well-being
• Mental health and wellness
• Support initiatives that enhance employee morale and workplace culture

HR Policy & Compliance

• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
• Stay updated on labor laws and HR compliance requirements
• Support HR audits and assessments to ensure policy adherence
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance practices across HR processes

HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and metrics as required
• Assist in various HR projects and organizational initiatives
• Work on preparing and updating employee databases and MIS reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for operational HR support
• Work closely with the senior HR team to complete assigned responsibilities efficiently

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, administration, or operations roles.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, recruitment processes, and employee engagement strategies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
