About the Position

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Associate Manager – Fabric, Fashion and Future Skills Programs to manage and implement skill development and livelihood programs focused on fashion, textiles, apparel, fabric innovation, design, entrepreneurship, and future-ready skills.

The role involves end-to-end program management, stakeholder coordination, training implementation, industry engagement, and monitoring of impact-driven initiatives across educational institutions, training centers, communities, and partner organizations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in fashion, textiles, apparel training, skill development, CSR programs, or livelihood initiatives, along with strong coordination and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

1. Program Management & Implementation

• Manage end-to-end execution of Fabric, Fashion, Apparel, and Future Skills programs across assigned geographies.
• Coordinate with training centers, educational institutions, NGOs, industry partners, and implementation agencies.
• Ensure smooth execution of project activities, training schedules, workshops, and events.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, budgets, and overall project quality.
• Support innovative livelihood and entrepreneurship initiatives related to fashion and textile sectors.

2. Training & Capacity Building

• Coordinate and facilitate training programs on fashion design, garment construction, textiles, digital fashion tools, entrepreneurship, and future skills.
• Support trainer onboarding, training quality monitoring, and curriculum implementation.
• Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, career guidance sessions, and awareness programs.
• Ensure practical and industry-aligned learning experiences for beneficiaries.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR partners, industry stakeholders, educational institutions, government bodies, trainers, and community groups.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for effective project implementation.
• Represent the organization during meetings, reviews, exhibitions, events, and field visits.

4. Curriculum & Content Coordination

• Support the development and implementation of training curriculum, modules, assessments, and learning materials.
• Ensure training content aligns with industry requirements and employability trends.
• Assist in creating presentations, reports, documentation, and communication materials.

5. Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation

• Track project progress, training attendance, assessments, placements, and impact indicators.
• Prepare regular MIS reports, presentations, case studies, and program documentation.
• Maintain records related to beneficiaries, trainers, field visits, and stakeholder meetings.
• Support impact assessment and data-driven reporting.

6. Outreach & Field Coordination

• Conduct field visits for monitoring, mobilization, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support community outreach and awareness activities.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, exhibitions, fashion events, and training activities.
• Comfortable with extensive travel for project implementation and coordination.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Understanding of fashion, textile, apparel production, design processes, or livelihood ecosystems.
•  Familiarity with training coordination, mobilization, and placement-linked programs.
• Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, documentation, and presentations.
• Knowledge of digital tools, branding, or social media will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Apparel Design, Social Work, Management, Livelihood Development, or related fields.
• Certifications in Fashion Technology, Skill Development, Entrepreneurship, or CSR will be an added advantage.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, Livelihood, Skill Development, CSR, or Program Management.
• Experience working with NGOs, CSR projects, educational institutions, skilling programs, or community-based initiatives is preferred.
