About the Position

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Associate Manager – STEM and AI Programs to lead and support the implementation of innovative STEM, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Future Skills initiatives. The role involves program management, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, curriculum implementation, and monitoring impact-driven education projects across schools, colleges, and training institutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in STEM education, AI/ML, coding, robotics, digital literacy, or future skills programs, along with strong project coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

1. Program Management & Implementation

• Manage end-to-end execution of STEM and AI education programs across assigned geographies.
• Coordinate with schools, colleges, training centers, and implementation partners for smooth program delivery.
• Ensure timely execution of project activities, training schedules, workshops, and reporting.
• Monitor program quality, timelines, deliverables, and overall impact.
• Support pilot initiatives, innovation projects, and future skills interventions.

2. Training & Capacity Building

• Conduct and coordinate training sessions, workshops, bootcamps, and orientation programs on STEM, AI, coding, robotics, and emerging technologies.
• Support teacher training and capacity-building initiatives.
• Mentor students and educators on project-based learning and technology adoption.
• Facilitate hands-on learning experiences aligned with industry trends and NEP 2020.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, schools, government stakeholders, CSR partners, trainers, and educational institutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for effective program execution.
• Represent the organization during meetings, reviews, events, and field visits.

4. Curriculum & Content Support

• Assist in developing STEM and AI-related curriculum, training modules, assessments, and learning resources.
• Create engaging content, presentations, activity sheets, and project-based learning materials.
• Ensure curriculum relevance based on industry and educational requirements.

5. Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation

• Track project progress, training data, attendance, assessments, and impact metrics.
• Prepare regular reports, case studies, presentations, and documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of project updates and MIS reports.
• Support impact assessment and data-driven decision-making.

6. Outreach & Field Coordination

• Travel to project locations for implementation, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support mobilization activities and awareness sessions.
• Coordinate logistics and on-ground execution of STEM and AI events.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Basic understanding of AI/ML, Coding, Data Science, Robotics, IoT, Cloud, or Emerging Technologies.
• Familiarity with tools/platforms such as Python, Scratch, AI tools, robotics kits, or LMS platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, reporting, and presentations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Comfortable with travel and fieldwork.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Data Science, Education, or related fields.
• Additional certifications in AI, STEM, Robotics, Cloud, Data Science, or Education Technology will be an added advantage.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in STEM education, AI/ML training, future skills programs, EdTech, CSR, or program implementation.
• Experience working with schools, colleges, government projects, or CSR initiatives is preferred

Desirable
