About the Position

The role involves end-to-end project management of CSR and livelihood programs including stakeholder engagement, proposal development, budgeting, reporting, field coordination, and team management.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling development sector projects, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving project execution effectively.

Responsibilities

Project Management & Implementation

• Lead end-to-end implementation of CSR and livelihood projects across assigned geographies.
• Develop project plans, implementation frameworks, timelines, and operational strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, outputs, and impact objectives.
• Conduct regular field visits for project monitoring, reviews, and troubleshooting.

Stakeholder Management & Partnerships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, NGOs, government departments, community institutions, and implementation partners.
• Coordinate with donors, CSR partners, and local stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Represent BharatCares in review meetings, field visits, and stakeholder discussions.
• Strengthen partnerships and identify collaboration opportunities for project growth.

Budgeting & Resource Allocation

• Manage project budgets, utilization planning, and financial tracking.
• Ensure efficient allocation of project resources and operational cost management.
• Coordinate with finance teams for budget monitoring, reimbursements, and compliance.
• Support project forecasting and financial planning activities.

Proposal Writing & Strategic Support

• Prepare project proposals, concept notes, donor presentations, and CSR documentation.
• Support fundraising and business development initiatives for new projects.
• Conduct research and contribute to designing scalable livelihood interventions.
• Assist in developing strategic approaches based on community and stakeholder needs.

Team Management & Coordination

• Lead and mentor project coordinators, associates, field staff, and implementation teams.
• Conduct regular team reviews, planning meetings, and capacity-building sessions.
• Ensure smooth coordination between field teams, operations, and leadership.
• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team environment.

Reporting, Documentation & Monitoring

• Prepare detailed project reports, impact reports, presentations, and case studies.
• Maintain project MIS, beneficiary records, and implementation documentation.
• Monitor project KPIs, targets, and impact indicators regularly.
• Ensure compliance with donor and organizational reporting requirements.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Strong experience in CSR, livelihoods, skilling, or development sector programs
• Excellent stakeholder and partnership management abilities
• Strong proposal writing and report writing skills
• Experience in budgeting and project financial management
•  Team handling and leadership capabilities
•  Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills
•  Ability to work in fast-paced, field-based environments
•  Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MIS, and reporting tools
•  Willingness to travel as per project requirements

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in livelihood promotion, entrepreneurship, skilling, women empowerment, or rural development projects preferred.
• Prior experience in managing CSR-funded or donor-supported programs will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with strong grassroots implementation exposure and multi-stakeholder coordination skills preferred.
