About the Position

BharatCares®, the social impact arm of the CSRBOX® Group, works at the intersection of innovation, skilling, livelihoods, education, healthcare, and sustainability. We collaborate with corporates, governments, communities, and implementation partners to build scalable and sustainable impact programs across India.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Manager – Skilling & CSR Programs to lead and manage large-scale skill development and livelihood initiatives across multiple sectors and geographies.

Responsibilities

Program Management & Implementation

• Lead end-to-end implementation of skilling and CSR programs across BFSI, Retail Sales, vocational training, and livelihood domains.
• Ensure timely execution of project deliverables, targets, budgets, and operational plans.
• Monitor program quality, field operations, and implementation effectiveness across centers and locations.
• Conduct regular field visits for project reviews, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.

Stakeholder Management & Partnerships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR partners, government departments, training institutes, NGOs, and local stakeholders.
• Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors for smooth program execution.
• Represent BharatCares in review meetings, stakeholder discussions, and external forums.
• Support partnership building and collaboration opportunities for scaling programs.

 Team Management & Capacity Building

• Lead and mentor project teams, trainers, center coordinators, and field staff.
• Conduct regular team reviews, performance tracking, and capacity-building sessions.
• Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and accountability across teams.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of project resources when required.

Training & Skill Development

• Support development and execution of training calendars and skilling modules.
• Ensure quality delivery of vocational and employability training programs.
• Coordinate with trainers and placement teams to improve learner outcomes and placements.
• Promote industry-aligned and market-relevant training approaches.

Budgeting, Monitoring & MIS Reporting

• Manage project budgets, utilization tracking, and financial planning in coordination with finance teams.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, dashboards, progress reports, and impact documentation.
• Track project KPIs, targets, and performance indicators.
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and data management across projects.

Proposal Writing & Strategic Support

• Support preparation of proposals, concept notes, CSR presentations, and project plans.
• Conduct research and contribute to designing scalable skilling and livelihood interventions.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and program expansion.
• Support impact assessments and monitoring & evaluation activities.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

1. Strong program and project management skills
2. Experience in CSR, skilling, vocational training, or livelihood programs
3. Team handling and stakeholder management experience
4. Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills
5. Strong understanding of MIS reporting and monitoring frameworks
6. Budget management and coordination abilities
7. Ability to work in fast-paced, field-driven environments
8. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
9. Willingness to travel extensively as per project requirements
