About the Position

The Sr. Manager – Skills & Livelihoods will lead end-to-end program strategy, implementation, partnerships, and operational management for CSR and development sector projects focused on skilling, entrepreneurship, employability, and women-led livelihood initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, budgeting, proposal development, team handling, and program execution capabilities.
